I had an unusual request for roofing repair services. My house was closing for sale in two days, however some identified repairs were required by the bank before closing. I called Pablo Valdez and he directed his crew to complete the roof repairs immediately, allowing me to close on the home sale the following day! Pablo demonstrated exemplary professionalism with understanding my need and provided excellent quality work. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced of all services. Pablo was very quick with his assessment of the roof. He walked me through the paperwork and it all went very smoothly. The team came early in the morning to start the roof replacement. Everything went very well. They were very cautious with my yard and shrubs around the house. Everything was perfect. It was amazing how fast they worked and professional at every step.
